On the game spore in the space stage were do i find the next empire?

I'm the space stage of course. I all ready found the abandon city. I also made a new city. I've been to most of the stars around mine.On the game spore in the space stage were do i find the next empire?
Easy. When you leave you home solar system you see millions of stars around you. The question is how to find another civilization? Well, easy! You don't have to go to every single star. All you need to do is simply hover your cursor on top of a star. A start that doesn't have a civilization on it won't react; however, a star that does will have a couple of blue lines that come out of it. This really is the best way of explaining how they look.



The same way when a planet has a rare item a couple of yellow lines come out it, a solar system that has a civilization on it gives off a few blue lines.
