In Spore space stage, how do u make a T1 planet into T2?

So Im in space stage, and i cant convert a t1 planet i own into a T2. Help?In Spore space stage, how do u make a T1 planet into T2?
you need to click the little button right to the mini-map and it will show you a radar thing with a dot and 4 signs a cloud on top a cloud on bottom and a blue meter and a red metter also circles in the middle what you need to do is get the dot to the circles if oyu want t2 or t3 you need to get it in the seccond or the smallest circle by that you need to look where the dot is id its close to the blue meter then you need to heat up the planet if its close to the red one you need to cool it down also if its close to the coud on the bottom you need to raise the atmosphere if its close to the top cloud you need to decrease the atmosphere you need the right tools and later you will get better ones as you earn badges also to stabilize the t score you need to put in 3 types of plants on it a small a medium and a big then the option to put in 2 herbivores(eats plants) and 1 omnivore/carnivore(eats animals) after you put in the animals and your score is t2 now you can put in another small medium and large which also lets you put in 2 more herbivores and 1 omni/carnivore and it repeats until you fill up the t3 which then lets you build up all space for buildings in your colony and you can have up to 3 colonies on each t3 planet good luck conquering the galaxyIn Spore space stage, how do u make a T1 planet into T2?
