In the game Spore, Space mode, how does the console command universeSimulatorPirateRaidFre鈥?work?

Per several sites, I found the following commands:

universeSimulatorPirateRaidPlunderFreq鈥?# : Rate that pirates will steal spice from your systems

universeSimulatorPirateRaidAllyFrequen鈥?# : Rate that pirtates will raid ally your systems

universeSimulatorPirateRaidFrequency # : Rate that pirtates will raid your systems

However, none of them provide the appropriate numbers to use and how they affect gameplay.

I attempted to use 0 on all, but was unable to discern any change in frequency. Has anyone discovered how to get this to work properly? In the game Spore, Space mode, how does the console command universeSimulatorPirateRaidFre鈥?work?
The default values for these parameters are between 300 and 600. Try larger values like 4000 instead. These settings are not stored though, so you will have to type them in every time you restart.
